Creepy, right? He has a very sinister light about him in this video, especially at the beginning where he's walking towards the camera with his hands together at his face as he partially hides a devious smile. Yeah, totally creepy.

It's probably also a good dose of self-derision. During the past couple of years, JCvD has earned a lot more fame for his usually totally whacky TV appearances where he mixes up some funky personal esoterism with a totally personal and unmistakable mix of French and English words than any martial art feats.
To most people he comes across as a total loonie and the commercial leverages that perception quite well.
Oh that explains quite a bit. The whole "because we all are a bit like sheep" statement really had me thinking "huh???"
